Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you received your Amling Designs Jewelry and aren't totally happy with it, you are welcome to return it within 20 days of the ship date for a refund less shipping (if applicable), to the original method of payment. The merchandise must be unworn, and original packaging and invoice must be included. We'll send you an email as soon as your return has been received and processed. This may take 2-3 business days for the refund to post depending on the card issuing bank. 

Please note: special orders can not be returned.

Return instructions 

We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return any order through a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.
